Shipping Policy

  • When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders in the order that we receive them.  We strive to ship all orders placed by 4:30pm ET Monday - Friday on the same day.

If you selected delayed delivery, we will process and ship your order with free standard shipping so that it arrives by your selected delivery date.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

We offer 2 shipping options on U.S. orders for your convenience:

  1. USPS standard shipping, which will arrive in 3-8 business days
  2. Expedited shipping, which typically arrives in 2 business days
  • Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship to a limited number of international locations. This currently includes: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

We offer standard shipping on all international orders, using a combination of FedEx and local carriers for last mile delivery. Delivery time is typically 7 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date due to potential customs delays. (Note: we are currently experiencing delays in processing and shipping international orders.  Please allow extra time for delivery.)

 

  • Where does my order ship from?

All orders placed on our website ship from the United States. We have two distribution centers, located in Massachusetts and California, in order to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are happy to offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders if you have placed an order over $30!
